Cancellation Policy

We’ll do everything we can to help you change your mind safely and quickly.

Definitions

  • Cancellation window: The first 2 hours after you place your order.
  • Processing: When your order is being picked, packed, or prepared for shipment. This can begin quickly due to our 1-1 business days handling time.
  • Shipped: A tracking label has been created and the package has left our facility.
  • Business days: Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Original payment method: The payment method you used at checkout.

Your cancellation window

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. The 2-hour window is measured from the order confirmation time shown on your receipt.

After processing has started

Once an order enters processing, we can’t guarantee cancellation. We’ll try our best to intercept it, but if the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. After delivery, you may use our standard return options if eligible.

How to request a cancellation

  1. Find your order number in your confirmation email.
  2. Email [email protected] within 2 hours of purchase.
  3. Use the subject line: “Cancellation Request – [Your Order Number]”.
  4. In the email body, include your full name, delivery address, and a brief reason for canceling.
  5. Wait for our confirmation. We’ll reply to let you know if we could stop the order in time.

Refunds for approved cancellations

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after approval.
  • Appearance on your statement: usually 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Check your shipping address

Please review your shipping address carefully before you pay. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause delays. If you notice an error, email us right away during the 2-hour window. After processing begins, we may not be able to edit or reroute the shipment.
