Returns Policy

Definitions

  • Delivery date: the date the carrier marks your package as delivered.
  • Return window: 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Our error: defective or damaged item, wrong item received, wrong size shipped, or item significantly different from its description.
  • Change of mind: you ordered the wrong size, prefer a different fit or style, or no longer want the item.
  • Unused condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags attached and in original packaging where possible.
Return window: You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Defective or damaged items

  • Significantly different from description
  • Change of mind (meets item condition requirements below)

Item condition requirements

  • Items must be unused: unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Original packaging should be included where possible

Photos and proof we need

  • Clear, well‑lit photos of the issue (e.g., defect, damage)
  • A photo of the size tag
  • Front and back photos of the full item
  • For wrong item/size: include a photo of the packing slip if available

How to start a return or exchange

  1. Email [email protected] from the address used to place the order.
  2. Include your order number in the subject line.
  3. Tell us your reason (see eligibility above) and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
  4. Attach the required photos (issue, size tag, full front/back).
  5. Wait for our reply with approval and return instructions. We’ll confirm where to send your item and, if applicable, share a return label.

Who pays for return shipping

  • Our error: We cover the return shipping. We’ll provide instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid label.
  • Change of mind: You cover return shipping using a trackable service of your choice.

Original shipping fees are refunded only when we are at fault (our error).

Items we can’t accept

  • Used, worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items missing original tags
  • Items with minor cosmetic variations such as slight color differences due to lighting or screen settings

Exchanges

If the size or color you want is in stock, you may request an exchange during your return request. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll ship the exchange. If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund instead.

Approvals, updates, and timing

  • Approval method: We’ll email you with return approval and step‑by‑step instructions.
  • Support response window: We aim to reply within 1–2 business days.
  • Refund processing after receipt: 5–7 business days once the item is received and inspected.
  • Time to appear on statement: 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Refund method: to your original payment method.
