How do I place an order and what happens after checkout?

Add your favorites to cart and check out using PayPal, credit/debit cards, Stripe, or Airwallex. All charges are in USD, and taxes are shown at checkout where applicable. You’ll get an order confirmation by email right away. We’ll then prepare your order within 1-1 business days and send a shipping confirmation with tracking once it’s on the way.

I’m unsure about my size—what should I do?

If you’re between sizes or uncertain, think about the fit you like (close-to-body or relaxed). When in doubt, many shoppers choose the larger of two sizes for ease and comfort. For personalized help, email [email protected] with your usual sizes and fit preferences—we’re happy to guide you.

What are the shipping fee, handling time, and transit time?

Standard shipping is $6.99 per order. Our standard handling time is 1-1 business days, and standard transit time is 2-5 business days.

How will I receive tracking information?

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. You can follow updates using that tracking number until delivery.

What’s your return window and what do I need for a return?

You can request a return within 30 days from delivery. Items should be in original condition. To start, email [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason. We’ll reply with simple next steps.

When will I receive my refund?

After your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5-10 business days to post it to your statement. There’s no restocking fee. Original shipping is refunded only when we’re at fault (for example, a wrong or defective item).
