Standard handling time: 1-1 business days.
Standard transit time: 2-5 business days. Transit begins after dispatch.
Standard shipping fee: $6.99 per order. We currently offer one standard shipping option.
We ship to most addresses. If a carrier cannot service your address, we’ll contact you to update the address or cancel and refund your order.
Your order may ship in multiple packages to get items to you sooner. There’s no additional shipping fee beyond the one per order. If split, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers by email.
Tracking information is sent by email after dispatch. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to register the first scan.
Weather events, customs inspections, and carrier disruptions can extend delivery times. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Please enter a complete and accurate address at checkout. You’re responsible for address accuracy. If you spot an error, contact us right away—if the order hasn’t dispatched, we’ll try to correct it.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and items so we can review with the carrier.
