All prices and charges are in USD. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout where required.

Checkout security

  • Your information is protected with encryption in transit during checkout.
  • We don’t store full card numbers or CVV on varinw.com.
  • Payments are processed securely by our vetted payment partners.

Billing address match

For card payments, your billing address must match your card issuer’s records. Mismatches can cause a decline.

If a payment fails

  1. Confirm your billing name and address match your card statement exactly.
  2. Recheck card number, expiration date, CVV, and available funds.
  3. Try again, or use another accepted method listed above.
  4. Complete any bank verification prompts that may appear.
  5. If it still doesn’t go through, contact your bank for details and email us at [email protected] (don’t include full card numbers in email).

Troubleshooting

Example situation What to expect / What to do
Entered shipping address in the billing fields Transaction may decline. Re-enter the exact billing address on file with your card issuer.
Authorization appears on your statement but no order confirmation email The bank may have placed a temporary hold. If you didn’t receive an order confirmation after a short time, the hold usually reverses per your bank’s policy. You can try again or email [email protected] for help.
Browser timed out during checkout Check for an order confirmation email. If none arrives, place the order again using an accepted method.
