Refund Process & Timeline

Once your refund is approved, we process it within 5–7 business days. After processing, your bank or payment provider typically takes 5–10 business days to post the funds to your statement.

Eligibility

• Full Refunds: Granted for new, unused items with original tags returned within 30 days of delivery, or when the fault lies with Varinw (defective, damaged, or incorrect items).
• Partial Refunds: May be issued if returned items show light wear, missing tags, or signs of use beyond basic try-on.
• Non-eligible: Items returned after the 30-day window are not eligible for a refund.

Shipping Fees

The original $6.99 shipping fee is only refundable when Varinw is at fault. In all other scenarios, such as change of mind, the shipping fee is non-refundable. We do not charge a restocking fee.
